Where do you ship?
We ship to the lower 48 US states.
Which shipping service is used for standard shipping?
We use a variety of carriers to get your order to you fast and damage free. During checkout, you will see your carrier options and their real-time shipment rates.
What is the cost for standard shipping?
For orders under $75, shipping costs will depend on which carrier you choose during checkout. Orders $75 and over ship for free.
Why does the item I want say it requires freight shipping?
Items that are too large or heavy to be shipped via traditional carrier are shipped via LTL transport. These shipments must be signed for. Once your order is on the way to you, please expect the LTL transport carrier to call you to schedule delivery.
OPD carries similar parts to what I need, but I can't find the exact part I need. Might you have the part I need in stock?:
Yes, there is a possibility if it's a brand we carry. You may contact us at contact@outdoorpowerdirect.com and we can assist you in finding the part that you need.
I need to repower my equipment with a new engine, but I am not sure which engine model will fit. Can you help?
Yes, definitely! Simply fill out our Repower Form, and a certified technician will get back to you with repower options.
How do I qualify for Tax Exempt status?
Tax exemption must be set up with us prior to making purchases. Unfortunately, if you make a purchase before following the steps below, sales tax will not be reimbursed or refunded. To set that up:
1. Create a customer account on our website using your email address here: https://outdoorpowerdirect.com/account/register
2. Send us an email with the name & email address you used to create your customer account and attach a copy of your tax exemption certificate. Our email address is: contact@outdoorpowerdirect.com
3. Wait for approval. We will verify your certificate and update your new customer account as “tax exempt”. We will let you know when the update has processed so you can login to your account and make your purchase.
Please note: The first time you return to our website you may have to log out of your customer account and then log back in for the update to take effect. Additionally, you must be logged in for all future purchases in order for sales tax to be excluded from your total.
